On 17 October 2017, the Digital Operator and Social Media Marketing course began at the Gastroticino site in Lugano.
The program consists of various training areas and intermediate audits, as well as the creation and presentation of a project work that will be presented to the examining board at the end of the course, for student assessment.
The master was organized by the Society of Commercial Employees – Ticino Section in collaboration with Digitools, GastroTicino and Netcomm Suisse, under the teaching coordination of Paolo Ramazzotti.
The course in Digital and Social Media Marketing aims to train professionals in a practical and effective way, providing expertise and autonomy in the management of online marketing projects.
The professional opportunities that the course can offer are many, both for those who want to fill the roles of project operator, and those who want to continue the training course to aspire to more strategic and managerial roles.
The topics addressed will be heterogeneous and extremely topical: from web marketing strategies (eg optimization for search engines, email marketing, advertising on search engines) to newer and more advanced tactics (eg social media management, advertising on social media, remarketing).
Alongside the traditional training program there will also be special sessions dedicated to learning the tools and strategies for making photos and videos for the web, which technique and equipment to use depending on your online communication program.
The staff of the trainers is composed of professionals of the sector who, thanks to their experience, will surely provide students with high-value contents and practical experiences and strategic indications useful for their cultural baggage.
The training course is enriched by the creation of a digital platform to which students will have access not only to download the slides of the course, but also to communicate with the teachers and make any requests for clarification or questions on the topics covered.
The course will be developed in three educational areas, called ” Design ”, ” Implement ” and ‘Analyze’ ‘at the end of which there will be intermediate audits.
Once the three phases are over, the crucial session of the course will start, the one dedicated to the Project Work, thanks to which the students will measure themselves on digital communication projects, launched by the partner companies.
The project works will be presented at the end of the final session and will constitute elements of evaluation by the examination committee.
At the end of the course the participants will take the exam to obtain the certificate of professional development of Operator of digital projects and social media marketing released by the Division of professional training of the Canton Ticino.
