SIC Ticino, web marketing training course. The second edition is coming

In January 2019, at the Lugano Commercial Professional Center, the second edition of the Digital & Social Media Project Operator Course will begin, the web marketing course organized by the Society of Commercial Employees (SIC) of the Canton Ticino and cured entirely by DigiTools.

Building on the success of the first edition, Digitools was once again called to organize the second edition of the prestigious web marketing professional training course with the aim of training competent communication professionals both from a theoretical and a practical point of view.

Practical exercises and project work

The practical exercises, in particular, are one of the strengths of this web marketing course. Their organization is in fact considered fundamental to provide students with operational skills that allow them to fit easily into the world of work.

Some hours of the course will therefore be dedicated to the development of a real and concrete project work, which will concern a company in the Ticino area.

In particular, the training program includes:

  • the identification of the business objectives to be achieved through digital channels;
  • the identification of the most appropriate digital channels and the contents to be conveyed;ù
  • the planning of a publishing plan for each channel;
  • the material creation of content (textual and creative);
  • advertising campaigns.

More than 160 hours of training

The course will start in January 2019 to end in September 2019 and will have more than 160 hours of training, of which around a quarter dedicated to project work.

The first lessons will be aimed at providing basic notions about communication and traditional marketing, as they are preparatory to further study on the main topic of the web marketing course.

Then follow the core lessons dedicated to the in-depth study of:

  • Social Media;
  • writing content for the web;
  • SEO;
  • advertising on search engines and social networks;
  • e-mail marketing;
  • insight and analytics.

The operation of WordPress will also be explained, a fundamental content management system for creating and administering websites and blogs.

Finally, a module will also be dedicated to video making for the Web, as videos have become (and will increasingly be) a type of widespread and essential content in any web marketing strategy.

The course teachers

The team of teachers who will hold the lessons of the course will be formed by professionals of the sector with many years of experience behind them, so that they can transmit their value and their knowledge to the students.

The course manager and coordinator will be Paolo Ramazzotti, owner of Digitools and expert in digital marketing and web analytics.

Who is the course for?

The web marketing training course is aimed at professionals who wish to acquire important knowledge in the field of digital marketing and young people who plan their career in the digital sector.

Digital Marketing Workshop for Apnea Academy

Digital Marketing Workshop Milan held by Paolo Ramazzotti of Digitools Snc at Mc2 Sport Way in Buccinasco on 5 November 2017: the digital marketing training program for businesses and tourism activities continues.

The Apnea Academy members were the protagonists who were able to learn the strategies and tactics of digital marketing to acquire new customers for their structures and their courses for freedivers.

It was an opportunity to learn about the opportunities that a correct communication strategy on digital channels can offer to accommodation facilities dedicated not only to scuba divers.

After an overview of online marketing trends and traffic data in the world of tourism, attention has shifted to the necessary attention cge each brand must have to create, improve and defend its web reputation.

Attention therefore to the care of one’s own image, to the creation of a social media policy, to the moderation of comments, to the drafting of interesting content for users to give value to their brand, to their product or service, these are the main recommendations provided by Paolo Ramazzotti .

Corso formazione digital marketing

Particularly appreciated was the presentation of both successful and ‘epic fails’ cases in the web world: the participants were able to have valuable information on which errors to avoid and on what opportunities to seize for their online communication.

Finally, a series of basic ” best practices ” have been proposed both for planning and for managing one’s own presence on the web, from the initial decision on the choice of the domain name to the techniques for monitoring one’s presence on the results returned by the queries on search engines.

Digital Operator and Social Media Marketing Course @SIC Ticino

On 17 October 2017, the Digital Operator and Social Media Marketing course began at the Gastroticino site in Lugano.

The program consists of various training areas and intermediate audits, as well as the creation and presentation of a project work that will be presented to the examining board at the end of the course, for student assessment.

The master was organized by the Society of Commercial Employees – Ticino Section in collaboration with Digitools, GastroTicino and Netcomm Suisse, under the teaching coordination of Paolo Ramazzotti.

The course in Digital and Social Media Marketing aims to train professionals in a practical and effective way, providing expertise and autonomy in the management of online marketing projects.

The professional opportunities that the course can offer are many, both for those who want to fill the roles of project operator, and those who want to continue the training course to aspire to more strategic and managerial roles.

The topics addressed will be heterogeneous and extremely topical: from web marketing strategies (eg optimization for search engines, email marketing, advertising on search engines) to newer and more advanced tactics (eg social media management, advertising on social media, remarketing).

Alongside the traditional training program there will also be special sessions dedicated to learning the tools and strategies for making photos and videos for the web, which technique and equipment to use depending on your online communication program.

The staff of the trainers is composed of professionals of the sector who, thanks to their experience, will surely provide students with high-value contents and practical experiences and strategic indications useful for their cultural baggage.

The training course is enriched by the creation of a digital platform to which students will have access not only to download the slides of the course, but also to communicate with the teachers and make any requests for clarification or questions on the topics covered.

The course will be developed in three educational areas, called ” Design ”, ” Implement ” and ‘Analyze’ ‘at the end of which there will be intermediate audits.

Once the three phases are over, the crucial session of the course will start, the one dedicated to the Project Work, thanks to which the students will measure themselves on digital communication projects, launched by the partner companies.

The project works will be presented at the end of the final session and will constitute elements of evaluation by the examination committee.

At the end of the course the participants will take the exam to obtain the certificate of professional development of Operator of digital projects and social media marketing released by the Division of professional training of the Canton Ticino.

Training course Digital Marketing @Orchidea Viaggi

Starting from last February Digitools has started a collaboration with the prestigious agency L’Orchidea Viaggi Srl, which was initially implemented with a digital marketing course aimed at their staff.

Starting from the exposition of the main digital marketing trends we talked about the differences between Inbound & outbound marketing, that is the difference between the strategy based on the contents compared to the one built on push messages.

Subsequently, we carried out an in-depth study of SEO and online reputation, with an emphasis on how valuable content created and promoted online by the Company is fundamental for an effective and profitable communication plan.

Writing for the web, in particular in an “SEO friendly” way, was one of the topics most appreciated by the participants, who received useful advice to put into practice in their work.

Finally, the topic of Web Analytics was discussed, with some hints on the platform and some ideas for creating a basic model for measuring traffic on the site.

The Digitools training program dedicated to companies is thus enriched with further experience with a high-level customer and among the leaders in the sector.

Corso di Online Reputation Management – Eudi Show 2017 Bologna

Venerdi 3 Marzo, presso la Sala Madrigale dell’Eudi Show di Bologna, Paolo Ramazzotti, titolare di Digitools, ha tenuto il corso di Online Reputation Management per gli espositori e per gli operatori del settore.

Dopo una breve esposizione sulle principali tendenze nel marketing online (superamento della navigazione mobile su quella da desktop, tendenze di ricerca in ambito turistico, principali portali di viaggi presi in considerazione, quali prodotti vengono maggiormente cercati…) il corso si è focalizzato sugli obbiettivi principali che deve avere l’azienda: consolidare e rafforzare la reputazione e la personalità del proprio brand.
